 We negotiated an extremely competitive rate with an Insurance broker who specialise in insuring blocks of flats. For transparency we do receive a modest commission for collecting the funds and handing this to our broker.

Example:
We received an enquiry from a London based block containing 7 flats. Their annual insurance premium was approximately £1,400 per annum. We were able to insure the building for £950. Our fees relating to our accountancy services which included service charge certification, company administration service (free) and arranging the insurance (free) was £350 per annum.

The net effect of this example was that they were able to employ our services for minus £100
